So why is Nessa a great hat for exercising? Because inside there is some clever non-slip silicon elastic and a soft ‘Alice band’ elastic that fits discreetly inside the hat.

Nessa has been designed in response to many requests for a truly non-slip hat. Women who wanted a sleep chemo hat that really stayed put all night; active women who wanted a hat to wear to the gym/ for yoga/ out pounding the pavement.
How does it work? The inner lining is fitted to the head shape The non-slip silicon elastic at the back gently grips your head and a soft ‘Alice band’ holds the hat in place at the front. (All concealed inside the hat.) There are minimal seams for maximum comfort, and the detail at the front adds some soft volume making it easier to wear well. Jersey is a lightweight marl viscose / poly mix – take a closer look at the swatches. We hope you’ll find this a really useful item for female hair loss.
We manufacture many of our styles in our studio in Westcott, this means we can make them in S, M, and L sizes. The ‘High St.’ manufactures to a regular head fitting (56cms), so if you are experiencing problems getting hats to fit or hats to stay on, we can make for you. (Small and large sizes are kept as stock items in many of our styles.) We request that you enter your head measurement when ordering and we will ‘size’ the order before dispatching it to you. Our hats are hand made and hand finished, so there is always some slight variation between milliners!
