Suburban Turban delivers to the UK and the rest of the world. Over the past 10 years and extensive use of airmail overseas deliveries we have experienced very few problems. However we offer both a normal airmail service and a tracked airmail service. A tracked service means that once your packet has left us, the tracking number is visible on UK and most country of destination postal service sites.

Most parcels arrive on time and indeed a little ahead of time, if there is a problem we are always contactable via email and will rectify the situation as quickly as we can, keeping you informed.

If you would prefer a courier service to deliver your goods then please email us – nicky@suburbanturban.com and we’ll supply a quote for you.

If you are thinking of using this service it is essential that you measure your head carefully with a tape measure. This should avoid any disappointment and hopefully the need for returns. Your order will specify your exact style requirements and give us the rest of the information we need to know. We’ll confirm with you receipt of the order and immediately pass it on to the workroom. We aim to dispatch orders received within 5-10 working days, and in the majority of cases sooner. The site will calculate exact weight / postage cost of your order BEFORE you need to commit and place the order.
