Once the light changes and we get into Spring, bright colours can really lift your complexion and make you look and feel well, particularly on a tired day.
We’ve tied this scarf in a slightly different way – tying off at the front as per our easy turban tying instructions but instead of tucking the ends away we’ve wound them around the knot at the front to form a ‘bun’. We’ve then used a fine elastic hair band (no metal clasps) to wind it around and hold it in a ‘messy bun’. The headscarf contains colours of cerise pink, cobalt blue, grape, orange, black, sea green and mid-pink. The all important scarf dimensions are big (110 x 180cms) so plenty of fabric to create volume and easily tie, so that it stays in place.
We manufacture many of our styles in our studio in Westcott, this means we can make them in S, M, and L sizes. The ‘High St.’ manufactures to a regular head fitting (56cms), so if you are experiencing problems getting hats to fit or hats to stay on, we can make for you. (Small and large sizes are kept as stock items in many of our styles.) We request that you enter your head measurement when ordering and we will ‘size’ the order before dispatching it to you. Our hats are hand made and hand finished, so there is always some slight variation between milliners!
