This cap is slightly warmer than some of other cap styles due to the deep fold of fabric that runs all the way round the cap. This adds volume around the head and disguises defined head shape. There is a twisted jersey rope detail at the front – which gives the style a slightly nautical jaunty look! The style can be worn on its own or over a fringe/full wig depending on personal perference. It has proven popular with ladies experiencing Alopecia and looking for more of an ‘active’ sports style. The cap is elasticated at the back for a secure and confident fit.
Due to feedback received so far from our lovely hat wearing fashionistas this style will be produced in a range of DARK PLAIN colours. ‘Purple Ink Blue’ and ‘Grape’ are the first colours to appear. If you like the style, but would like to see it in a different colour, give us a call and we can always check our fabric stocks.
We manufacture many of our styles in our studio in Westcott, this means we can make them in S, M, and L sizes. The ‘High St.’ manufactures to a regular head fitting (56cms), so if you are experiencing problems getting hats to fit or hats to stay on, we can make for you. (Small and large sizes are kept as stock items in many of our styles.) We request that you enter your head measurement when ordering and we will ‘size’ the order before dispatching it to you. Our hats are hand made and hand finished, so there is always some slight variation between milliners!
